Teaching and learning in age-homogeneous groups versus mixed-age groups in the preschool – the Swedish example

چکیده

The study presented in this article investigates how the curriculum is implemented and transformed by teachers mixed-age age-homogeneous groups, most common age-constellations Swedish preschool. data was collected through groups interviews with preschool teachers. were transcribed analysed support of thematic analysis connected to a sociocultural perspective on learning. findings show that different age formations use both same teaching strategies, which means ways. learning events age-homogenous appear be more structured planned, whereas mixed-aged spontaneous embedded everyday activities.
